On Monday July, 21, 2025 Officers of the Criminal Investigations Department responded to a report of a stabbing at Vigie, Castries. Officers were informed that the victim was transported to the Owen King European Hospital (OKEU) via Saint Lucia Fire Service. He was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner. He has been identified as Sherman Augustin twenty-three (23)
year-old of Agard, Castries.

The details of the incident which resulted in the loss of life of one individual, is currently under investigations. The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force is therefore appealing to anyone with information regarding this incident to contact the Criminal Investigations Department at 456-3770 or 456-3817.
