On Saturday June ,14, 2025 about 3:17 p.m. the Traffic Department of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force received a report of a fatal motorcycle collision along the Bexon Highway, Castries

The Officers proceeded to the scene of the incident, where preliminary investigations revealed that the collision involved a motorcycle and a truck. There were two riders of the motorcycle. One was injured in the accident and was conveyed to the Owen King European Union (OKEUH) Hospital for medical attention. The other rider succumbed due to his injuries. 

He has been identified as twenty-five (25) year old Kernil Roberts of Goodlands, Castries. The post-mortem examination is scheduled for a later date. The Royal Saint Lucia Police Force advises motorists to exercise caution while commuting and to comply with the laws that regulate vehicle operations and road usage.
